CRM 4.0 Access Denied - Out of the box

The first time I installed CRM 4.0 on a virtual machine I had the same issue that I had on Microsoft CRM 3.0. An 401.3 Access Denied.

 

And guest what, I had to do exactly the same thing as in v3.0, create the registry key "disableloopbackcheck" as described in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896861.
